System Clean

System-Clean is a powerful oxidizer that prevents microbial attacks, line blockages, and nutrient buildup in irrigation systems. A clean irrigation system improves plant growth and development—especially the root system—because more oxygen and nutrients can reach the plant without affecting the pH. Unabsorbed nutrients promote the formation of biofilm in the system. These residues lower the pH of the medium and increase the risk of microbial attacks because they serve as a nutrient source for pathogens.

Why use System Clean?

• Prevents the loss of nutrients and oxygen in the irrigation system (improves efficiency and nutrient uptake)
• Removes biofilm deposits in the irrigation system (prevents nutrient buildup)
• Provides additional oxygen to the root area (increases dissolved oxygen in the nutrient solution)
• Removes potential sources of pathogens

Application of System-Clean

Add System-Clean to the nutrient tank, preferably just before each watering: 2.5 ml of System-Clean per 10 L of water.
Always add System-Clean to the nutrient tank last after the pH value has been adjusted .
The effect of System-Clean lasts for a maximum of three days in the nutrient solution.
If your nutrient mix has been standing for more than three days, add System-Clean again to the total water volume in the tank to minimize the formation of biofilm and residue.
