3. How to return an item?

- Return the item – Once your return is approved, send the item to the return address provided.
- Refund Processing – After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days .
4. Return costs
- If the return is due to a change of mind by the customer, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
- If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs in accordance with EU warranty regulations.
5. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
6. Defective or damaged items?
